Dry Needling
Dry needling is used to manage pain in our bodies, increase circulation and trigger the body to release endorphins and opioids. The benefits promote healing and enable your muscles to relax during treatment.
What might we use dry needling for:
- Tight muscles
- Postural problems
- Tendinitis or tendinopathy
- Muscle strains
- Tennis elbow
- Golfers elbow
- Muscle spasms
Dry needling is used as an adjunct therapy where it is not and will not be the mainstay of your sessions with us. We recognise its utility in a very select group of people. Hence, we will decide clinically if you’re a suitable candidate for a course of dry needling.
